What a gorgeous day it is here in the Downtown Chattanooga Area. This is my favorite time of the year to be selling real estate. Business is good and interest rates are still low. By the way, I feel that interest rates are going to be low for a while, so don’t worry. This is the time of year that a lot of Realtors are winding down their year and preparing for the holidays. Which basically means that the largest part of your Realtors give up working through the end of year and wait for the season to start back in late February. Not I said the fly! I am out looking for leads and pounding the pavement. There are so many buyers AND sellers out there that are still looking and will look all the way through the Fall/Winter Season. Think about all the individuals that need to relocate with a job over the holidays. There are lots of them and mom and dad want to get Little Johnny moved over Fall or Winter Break in time to start the new school year as school returns in Jan. 2014. Here in Chattanooga, we have four full Seasons and we enjoy every minute of it, or at least I do. The sun is shining, the temperature is hovering around 68 degrees right now and peeps walking down the street have a little happier pep in their step. Homes show so much better when the you have sunny days like today and our listing pictures look even better. The leaves are about to start changing and nothing says home more than a Fall Listing Photo. When you get out of the car for a showing and you smell that neighbors wood burning stove/fireplace. I can instantly feel the hominess and certain comfort level that is reminiscent of my childhood. Definitely a place you automatically feel you want to raise a family. So, if you are in Chattanooga this Fall and thinking about buying or selling Real Estate, be sure that I will be ready and willing to provide you with excellent Fall Service. And believe me, I can show you some really cool places to enjoy this Fall Weather in the Tennessee Valley. Call me today!
